Policies

    • To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled setup date.

    • For bookings made at the last minute, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

    • A $100 fee will be applied to any bookings made within 5 days of the event.

    • We kindly accept payments via PayPal, Zelle, and Apple Pay. If you prefer to pay in cash, please coordinate a time to meet and complete the transaction in person.

    • Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive the contract—outlining our full policy—via email for e-signature through DocuSign.

    • Please note that deposits are non-refundable; however, they can be applied to a new event date within the timeframe of 2 weeks of cancelled set-up date

    • A $100 fee will be charged for any rescheduling requests.

    • It is essential that you check into the hotel in person before your scheduled setup time.

    • During check-in, please request to leave a room key at the front desk or add our name to the room reservation for ease of access.

    • Please be advised that if we have to wait more than 20 minutes from your set-up time, a late fee will required before service can proceed or the booking may be canceled and is non-refundable.

    • The setup typically requires between 2.5 to 3.5 hours. We will stay in touch during the setup and provide updates once the process is complete.

    • Royalty Creations is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to hotel charges, misplaced items, loss of personal belongings, injuries, or allergies.

    • Please ensure the room is ready by removing personal belongings, making the bed, and storing travel items in the bathroom or closets to provide a clear area for setup.

    • The space must be kept sanitary; personal items such as underwear, condoms, and sanitary napkins should be stored out of sight.

    • Failure to meet our cleanliness standards may result in booking cancellation without a refund, or a cleaning fee will apply if we must clean the room before proceeding with the setup.

    • If the cleaning fee is not received within 30 minutes, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

    • Cleaning services after departure are not included unless you have opted for our next-day cleanup service.

    • The responsibility for removing and cleaning all decorations lies exclusively with the guest. We will leave supplies that help make it easier.

    • Hotels may levy extra fees if the room is not left clean. To prevent these charges, please remove all decorations or choose our next-day cleaning service at an additional cost.

    • Clients are requested to avoid entering the room during the setup.

    • We do not handle hotel room bookings; our expertise lies in offering romantic room decoration and setup services only.

    • We cater to residential homes as well as Airbnb accommodations.
